Social media is a group of interactive aids to connect Internet users based on common interests by creating and sharing user-driven content to create value. Social media management is the art and science of how organizations should apply social media strategies across different areas of the company (or departments) by implementing social action and business action in order to help create business value and fulfill the mission of the organization. Mobile marketing is an omnichannel digital marketing strategy that aims to reach a target audience through smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, via website, email, SMS and MMS, social media and apps. This course will provide students with the knowledge to understand Social Media and Mobile marketing in Marketing activities effectively.
