The course Marxist-Leninist Political Economy: The Transitional Period to Socialism in Vietnam provides a system of core theoretical knowledge of Marxist-Leninist political economy in the new development context of Vietnam and the world today; ensuring systematicity, science, updating new knowledge, linking with practice, ensuring connectivity, forming new economic thinking for students majoring in Political Economy. On that basis, forming skills to analyze, evaluate and identify the nature of economic relations in the socio-economic development of the country; contributing to building the stance and ideology of Marxism-Leninism, forming the theoretical foundation of Marxism-Leninism so that after graduating from university, students can work well in the fields of teaching, theoretical research, participating in socio-economic management activities; making worthy contributions to the overall development of society.
