5. Course Objectives:

This course provides knowledge of the legal provisions related to enterprises and cooperatives, covering aspects from establishment, organization, and management to dissolution and bankruptcy. Upon completing the course, students will achieve the following objectives: Understanding of enterprises and cooperatives: Students will gain a solid understanding of the rights and obligations of enterprises and cooperatives, as well as the ability to distinguish between different types of enterprises and cooperatives in the economy. Legal analysis and consultation: Students will be capable of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of various types of enterprises and cooperatives, and providing legal advice on issues arising during the processes of establishment, reorganization, dissolution, and bankruptcy. Handling legal situations and disputes: Students will develop the skills to resolve internal conflicts and participate in mediating disputes between shareholders, members. Administrative procedures and entrepreneurship: Students will be able to carry out business registration and licensing procedures, and confidently start their own business or cooperative. Autonomy and responsibility: Students will develop legal thinking, management skills, and the ability to run a transparent business, ensuring compliance with the law and respecting the collective interests of the organization.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course is intended to provide learners with in-depth knowledge on two important groups of issues in public governance, law on public property management and law on public investment. The content of the subject includes the following issues:
Public property management: participants will have access to theories and the rationale for constructing regulations on public property identification, the role of public property and the need to manage public assets. Students also have access to regulations on public property management in administrative and non-business areas, public property in infrastructure serving national interests, community interests, and asset management. management at enterprises, financial management of land and other resources, management of property established under the ownership of the State, management of state reserves.
Public investment: participants will have access to theories and the rationale for building regulations on public investment, the role of public property, and the need for public investment. Students also have access to regulations on public investment management in projects in which the state is an investor.
