First, the course equips students with general knowledge of public finance revenues. Next, the course provides a framework for analyzing the impact of public spending on national economic growth. In addition, the course equips students with knowledge about the allocation of government budget resources according to priority objectives. Then, the course provides a theoretical framework for sustainable public debt management in the national context. Finally, the course also helps students understand and evaluate the methods of financing government budget deficits within an institutional framework and macroeconomic environment in countries.
