Sinh viên sẽ hiểu rõ cơ chế, quy trình và các yếu tố liên quan đến hoạt động hành chính công vụ, từ đó phát triển tư duy quản lý hiện đại, năng lực phân tích và đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến hệ thống công vụ. Ngoài ra, học phần cũng hướng tới việc nâng cao ý thức trách nhiệm, đạo đức nghề nghiệp và tinh thần cải cách nhằm xây dựng nền hành chính công vụ hiệu quả, đáp ứng yêu cầu hội nhập và phát triển bền vững./
The module "Public Administration" is designed to equip students of Public Administration with theoretical and practical knowledge about the organization, management and operation of public administration. 6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Public service is an important element of national administration, is a field of public activity, that is, associated with state power, specifically the executive branch. Public administration is the work through the tasks and powers of state administrative agencies, administrative civil servants associated with the processes (orders and procedures) prescribed by law. Public administration activities are decisive to the effectiveness and efficiency of the national administration. In other words, the public administration regime is the concretization of executive power in the fields of socio-economic life towards concretizing the rights of the State and people in the field of administrative management. thereby contributing to the national socio-economic development.
