6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Leadership plays an important role in organizations. Leadership is a complex concept that includes many different types of styles, which is a type of power that has the ability to influence the behavior or attitudes of others. To achieve organizational goals, leaders are often expected to lead their employees to achieve the best performance, so they will use different leadership styles depending on the situation they face. This course will introduce the concepts of leadership as well as approaches, characteristics, skills, and behaviors related to public sector leadership.
