6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course is intended to provide learners with in-depth knowledge about two important groups of issues in public administration: the law on public management and the law on public investment. The course content includes the following topics:
Public property management: students will have access to theories and foundations for building regulations on public property identification, the role of public property and the need for public property management. Students also have access to regulations on public asset management in administrative and non-business areas, public assets belonging to infrastructure serving national interests, public interests, and asset management. management at enterprises, financial management of land and other resources, management of assets established under state ownership, management of state reserves.
Public investment issues: students will have access to theories and foundations of public investment regulations, the role of public assets and the need for public investment. Students also have access to regulations on public investment management in projects in which the state is the investor.
