Môn học Luật Tố tụng Dân sự nhằm cung cấp cho sinh viên kiến thức về quy trình tố tụng dân sự, thẩm quyền của tòa án, quyền và nghĩa vụ của các chủ thể tham gia tố tụng. Sinh viên sẽ nắm vững các thủ tục giải quyết vụ việc dân sự, bao gồm thu thập và đánh giá chứng cứ, cũng như quy trình tố tụng thông thường và thủ tục rút gọn. Ngoài kiến thức, sinh viên sẽ phát triển kỹ năng soạn thảo các văn bản tố tụng, tranh tụng tại tòa, và tư vấn giải quyết tranh chấp trong các lĩnh vực kinh doanh, dân sự và hôn nhân gia đình. Môn học cũng giúp sinh viên rèn luyện tính tự chủ, tự chịu trách nhiệm, và thái độ nghề nghiệp trong việc tham gia tố tụng và hành nghề luật./ The course on Civil Procedure Law aims to provide students with knowledge about the civil litigation process, the jurisdiction of courts, and the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the proceedings. Students will master the procedures for resolving civil cases, including the collection and evaluation of evidence, as well as the regular litigation process and simplified procedures. In addition to knowledge, students will develop skills in drafting legal documents, litigating in court, and providing dispute resolution advice in business, civil, and family law areas. The course also helps students cultivate autonomy, responsibility, and professional attitudes in participating in litigation and practicing law.

The Civil Procedure Law studies the provisions on the order and procedures for resolving civil cases of business, commercial cases, employment, civil, family and marriage cases in court according to the general procedural proceedings and the shortcut procedural proceedings. The important contents of the subject include: procedural principles, functions, duties and powers of procedure-conducting agencies, procedure-conducting persons, procedure participants; jurisdiction of courts to resolve civil cases, first and appellate trials, cassation and retrieval procedures.
