The course of International Public Sector Accounting is designed to consolidate and enhance advanced knowledge and accounting skills for students majoring in Public Sector Accounting. This course facilitates a deeper comprehension of the accounting principles and methods applied to public entities that were previously introduced in the Vietnamese public accounting course. Furthermore, it provides students with an expanded understanding of the International Public Sector Accounting Framework and International Public Sector Accounting standards. The knowledge acquired from this course enables students to comprehend and implement concepts and skills learned in Public Sector Accounting within the context of integration in accordance with international Public Sector Accounting practices.

This course is designed to reinforce and supplement the knowledge and skills for the public accounting major students. Through this course, students can better grasp the knowledge of the accounting principles and methods which are applied in the public sector. In addition, they can further understand Public Sector Conceptual Framework and International Public Sector Accounting Standards. Based on the knowledge, students can apply the learned knowledge, skills, and attitudes in public accounting practice, which is integrating with international practices.
