- Understand the basic concepts of a quality management system according to standards and the role of the quality management system in the success of the organization.
- Comprehend the perspectives and requirements of ISO 9000.
- Master the general principles for building a quality management system documentation according to ISO 9000 standards and be able to participate in developing the quality management system documentation in an organization.
- Understand the general principles and have the skills to conduct internal audits of quality management system documentation according to ISO 9000.
- Possess skills in communication and teamwork.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course introduces ISO 9000 management system - widely applied in the world and in Vietnam. Through this course, students will correctly understand the basic contents of the ISO 9000 quality management system as well as the benefits that this system brings to the organization, customers and interested parties; grasp the basic principles and gain experience in building, operating, maintaining and effectively improving a quality management system according to standards in the organization.
