6. Brief Description of Course Content:
In the current increasingly fierce competitive economy, enterprises can survive and develop only when ensuring and improving the quality of their products and services. Therefore, this module is designed to provide students with knowledge related to planning and quality control activities in organizations, focusing on statistical process control tools - SPC ( Statistical Process Control) and method of solving problems - PS (Problem Solving). By completing the module, students can understand the benefits of statistical process control and apply the knowledge of the modules to planning, controlling, improving quality, as well as supporting the Other research in the area of quality management in general.
