- Provide students with knowledge and skills about non-statistical methods, techniques, and tools applied in quality management.
- Provide guidance on the use of tools such as process management, quality assessment methods, continuous improvement models like Kaizen, 5S, and total quality control techniques.
- Provide guidance on analyzing, evaluating and improving work processes, ensuring stability and improving product and service quality without relying on statistical tools.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course is designed to provide students with techniques used in quality management activities in businesses - especially non-statistical methods/ techniques / tools. These methods/ techniques and tools are used in all functions of quality management: Planning - Organizing - Control - Improvement.
Completing the program, students can apply the knowledge of the subject to perfect working, learning methods and relating to other subjects to apply in practice.
