Innovation is one of the four basic functions of Quality Management.
The course is designed to provide students with knowledge related to innovation activities in the business and deeply focus on the innovative methodology that delivers breakthrough results in the business through process improvement. DMAIC cycle (also known as 6 Sigma process improvement methodology system). The program provides participants an overview of the DMAIC (Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control) implementation cycle and details on how to implement the Define phase in identifying breakthrough improvement projects. in business.
