- Provide students with knowledge about evaluating the quality of an organization's management system.
- Develop basic skills in evaluating the quality of an organization's management system according to ISO 9001 standards or criteria from awards (Vietnam Quality Award, Balbridge Award, etc.).
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides knowledge of the quality of an organization's management system, quality management models according to quality standards or standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Quality Awards Vietnam Quality, Balbridge Awards…); how to build a quality assessment program and be able to conduct an audit, write a quality assessment report of a management system.
