To equip senior-year students with applied knowledge and practical skills in real estate development, specifically within the context of Vietnam, by actively engaging them in real-world scenarios and classroom activities.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course provides the students in their senior year of college applied knowledge in the profession of real estate development in the context of Vietnam. The course is to be led by a real estate professional whose expertise and experiences came from different phases of the development process or different types of real estate products. The students will be actively engaged in various activities within and outside classroom.
