The course aims to provide legal knowledge for real estate business in Vietnam
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Real Estate Law provides legal knowledge of real estate business in Vietnam. The students will learn about legislation and regulation underlying land appropriation and land use for business operation, principles of real estate transaction and real estate market. The course enables the students to learn to apply conditional terms in the transaction of housing, built structures, housing to be built in future, types of real estate services. The students will also learn about real estate ownership and contractual situations and documents for Vietnamese nationals and foreigners via Law of real estate sale, Law of Housing, and Land Law.
