5. Course Objectives:
The course would go deeply into each task within the organization during the development process. And the focus would be on the project strategic planning and analysis starting from envisioning development ideas and the feasibility study to the topics of partnerships, financing, and collaborations of work (with partners, consultants, contractors, etc.) towards the goal of making it happen.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides advanced knowledge of the real estate development process to seniors in the program. This knowledge includes various types such as resort, industrial, office, and retail real estate. The course allows the students to access market information in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. Additionally, a number of topics will be covered in the area of risk in construction, design, and operation. There will be guest speakers who are experienced professionals.
