5. Course Objectives:
This course aims to provide applied knowledge in the architecture and construction industry in the context of Vietnam. The students approach design and construction issues from the perspective of the consultant or professional working under the developer.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course provides the students in their senior year of college applied knowledge in the architecture and construction industry, and in the profession of architectural design and construction industry, real estate project process in the context of Vietnam. The course is to be led by a professional architect whose expertise and experiences came from different phases of the development process or different types of architectural design, real estate products. The students will be actively engaged in various activities within and outside classroom.
