5. Course Objectives:

The course Robotics 1 provides students with fundamental knowledge and skills in robotics engineering, including the analysis, design, and control of robotic systems. This course builds on prior knowledge in mechanics, mechanical design, and automatic control, enabling students to tackle complex robotic problems. Students will learn to use modern tools and methodologies to analyze kinematics, dynamics, trajectory programming, and robot simulation, as well as apply theories to practice through exercises and real-world projects.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides students with the basic knowledge and foundation of robotics engineering. Students will build on the foundation of previous subjects such as: engineering mechanics, mechanical design, automatic control to build, design and evaluate robotic systems. The content in this module includes: conversion of coordinate system; robot kinematics analysis; determine the problems of forward kinematics, inverse kinematics of robots; set the motion trajectory of the robot; Jacobi problem and velocity; forward and reverse dynamics; programming simulation and robot control.
