5. Course Objectives:
Equip students with a general knowledge of programming and databases to build applications on the Desktop environment (mainly focusing on Winforms). The content of this module includes: knowledge and skills in interface programming; how to manipulate databases using programming languages, how to create reports according to data and information needs; knowledge and skills in building applications according to object-oriented data models. In addition, students will be given discussion topics, exercises to apply the knowledge they have learned.
