5. Course Objectives:

The objectives of the course include: - Helping students learn about the current situation and trends of innovation activities, application of science and technology in organizations and enterprises (DN) in upgrading, improving operations, improving performance, developing new products and services, creating competitive advantages for enterprises; - Helping students practice the ability to observe, identify practical problems in enterprises, practice methods of collecting information and data, practice and promote teamwork skills, communication skills, confidence in presenting personal opinions and exchanging with experts about the knowledge they have been trained in real situations; - Creating a solid foundation, helping students to be confident, proactive in finding internship enterprises and effectively implementing the Graduation Internship Course in semester 7 of the Training Program.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course helps students access and experience real-world situations in businesses, applying the knowledge they have learned to practical scenarios. Students will explore the current state and trends in the field of technology and innovation, while developing skills in observation, data collection and analysis, teamwork, and effective communication. The course also helps students cultivate critical thinking, self-learning abilities, and a professional attitude towards work. Through internships, seminars, and group projects, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to become future innovation managers.
