Môn học này nhằm cung cấp cho sinh viên kiến thức về hai lĩnh vực chính trong thẩm định giá: Quy hoạch và xây dựng kiến trúc công trình. Trong đó, lĩnh vực quy hoạch giúp học viên phân tích và đánh giá những tác động của quy hoạch đối với giá trị đất đai dựa trên các thông tin và hồ sơ quy hoạch; lĩnh vực xây dựng giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ cấu tạo của công trình kiến trúc, các thể loại công trình kiến trúc và cách thức áp dụng những kiến thức này trong công tác thẩm định giá công trình./
This course aims to provide students with knowledge in two key areas of valuation: Urban Planning and Architectural Construction. In the field of urban planning, students will learn to analyze and assess the impact of planning documents on land value based on planning information and records. In the field of construction, students will gain an understanding of the structure of architectural works, various types of construction projects, and how to apply this knowledge in the valuation of buildings and infrastructure.

The two main subjects of students majoring in valuation are LAND and CONSTRUCTION. This subject aims to provide students with knowledge about two areas of planning and architectural construction, including:
+ The field of planning helps students analyze and evaluate the impacts of planning on land value from information and planning documents.
+ The construction field helps students understand the structure of architectural works, types of architectural works serving the work of project valuation.
