The course aims to enable the students to understand the principles of land and housing development in Vietnam and beyond.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course provides the students in their junior year of college introductory knowledge to the profession of real estate development. This knowledge is standard and has been taught in different real estate programs around the world. To take advantage of the course content, the students will be engaged in various activities within and outside classroom. They will explore step by step the process of real estate development, starting with a purchase of land and ending with residential real estate.
