Sự hiểu biết về mối quan hệ năng động bên trong của những chức năng khác nhau của quản trị bất động sản cũng sẽ được cung cấp thông qua môn học. Sinh viên sẽ được nắm được những quy trình và yếu tố quan trọng trong quản trị danh mục đầu tư và tài sản bất động sản. This course aims to provide students with analytical techniques to approach real estate management decisions that they will encounter in their careers. An understanding of the dynamic interrelationships between the various functions of real estate management will also be provided. Students will be introduced to the key processes and elements of real estate portfolio and asset management. In-depth knowledge of real estate management will also be introduced through practical case studies.

This course provides students with analytical techniques for real estate management decisions in professional careers. An understanding of the dynamics of the various functions of real estate management will also be provided in the course. Students will learn about the processes and key elements of portfolio and real estate asset management. In-depth knowledge of real estate management will also be introduced through real-world situations.
