Reinforce strong problem-solving skills; Have opportunities to access real business practices; Gain an understanding of workplace culture; Gain practical research experience; Demonstrate the link between theory and practice; Develop personal and professional communication skill.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Groups of students are required to collect data from the market/industry and from their corresponding companies to identify key existing business problems. It is expected that the problems are in international business. These groups of students are required to validate problems and identify causes of the validated problem. Then, the solution is designed to address the validated cause. In-depth interviews, theoretical frameworks and/or literature should be used to figure out and support the findings.
