Describe the major theories, concepts, and research findings in the field of OB. Demonstrate clear understanding of diversity, communication, attitudes, and emotions within an organization. Apply skills in teamwork. Apply key concepts of team work, leadership and improve in individual critical thinking. Evaluate how theory, research and practice apply in organizational behaviour. Evaluate and reflect on how ethical issues may affect reputation and business productivity.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The aim of this unit is to examine the theory and practice of how and why an organization behaves the way it does. The course analyzes the factors that cause certain behaviors within an organization and presents conceptual frameworks for the analysis of how such behaviors influence decision making and organization effectiveness.
