The project aims to advance Vietnam’s digital education transformation by co-developing a bilingual training module that helps lecturers integrate AI and Big Data into teaching. This promotes personalised learning, reduces workloads, and supports disadvantaged learners. In partnership with UK experts, the project builds a sustainable, future-ready higher education system equipped for the demands of the digital era.

It will develop and pilot a bilingual AI and Big Data training module (SDG 4, SDG 17) to equip lecturers with practical digital skills. Piloted in Vietnamese universities such as the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the module will be refined through feedback to address diverse learner needs and align with international standards.

This project will enhance teaching effectiveness and inclusivity (SDG 4, SDG 10) by applying AI and Big Data to personalise learning, improve assessments, and support disadvantaged groups, including students with disabilities.

Finally, it will build sustainable capacity for digital transformation in higher education (SDG 4, SDG 9) by strengthening digital literacy, fostering professional development, and advancing UK–Vietnam collaboration for responsible, long-term adoption of AI and Big Data.
