UEH Standard Programs

• Direct selection method according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
• Procedures for admission of candidates who have graduated from foreign high school programs and have international certificates

A) For candidates with Vietnamese nationality, one of the following subjects:

1. Candidates holding one of the following international baccalaureate degrees/certificates:

• IB (International Baccalaureate) diploma with 26 points or more;
• International certificate of Cambridge University Examinations, UK (Cambridge International Examinations A-Level, UK; hereinafter referred to as A-Level certificate) from C to A
• Certificate of BTEC (Business&Technical Education Council, British Technical and Commercial Education Council) Level 3 Extended Diploma from C to A.

2. Candidates who have graduated from a foreign high school program and have one of the following certificates:

• IELTS Academic score of 6.0 or higher.
• TOEFL iBT certificate of 73 points or more.
• SAT certificate (Scholastic Assessment Test, USA) with 500 points or more on each test.
• ACT (American College Testing) certificate from 20 points (point scale 36) or higher.

B) For candidates with different nationalities from Vietnam and graduating from foreign high schools: University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. 30/2018/TT-BGDDT dated December 24, 2018 on the Regulation on management of foreigners studying in Vietnam

• Selection method for excellent students.
• Method of admission of the learning process by subject combination.
• The admission method is based on the results of the competency assessment exam of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.

UEH offers 200 scholarships per year for international students applying to the exchange programs and full-time programs at UEH.
