Closing ceremony of UEH Mentoring Club Season 7 - Beyond Grateful️ 2022

On the morning of July 31st, 2022, at Hall B1.302, the closing ceremony of UEH Mentoring Club season 7 - Beyond Grateful 2022 took place to look back on the past journey and worked together towards a new development journey.

The program had the participation of Dr. Tran The Hoang - Standing Vice President of UEH Alumni; Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Former Chairman of UEH Mentoring Club; Ms. Dang Pham Minh Loan - Co-founder of Vietnam Alumni Mentoring; Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Co-chairwomen of UEH Mentoring Club; Mr. Ly Duc Toan - Co-chairman of UEH Mentoring Club; representatives of Polytechnic Mentoring, Da Nang Mentoring, Hoa Sen Mentoring; and mentors who are CEOs, Directors, Managers and so on from businesses, corporations and mentees of Season 7.

Opening the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Former Chairman of UEH Mentoring Club - had a meaningful sharing: "After 7 seasons of operation, UEH Mentoring Club has made impressive development steps, creating good connections in the mentoring community through the sharing of knowledge, skills, and experiences. Besides, the mentees have grown up and confident after the seasons. And most of all, we always feel the kindness in the community, the inheritance, and the continuation of generations of mentees.”

Dr. Tran The Hoang also congratulated the graduating mentees of Season 7 on the closing day, the success of the Board of Directors of UEH Mentoring Club with the mission of connecting, spreading, and giving practical values to the community by social responsibility. It is expected that in the coming time, UEH Mentoring Club will continue to have meaningful activities, bring practical values, and be associated with the development of UEH.

UEH Mentoring Club season 7 ended with a lot of success even after the pandemic time. With 284 mentors and 449 mentees, the program has organized more than 1,500 1-to-1 mentoring sessions, more than 90 cross-mentoring sessions and training, company visits, and mentoring sharing activities. Accompanying mentees, UEH Mentoring Club awarded 12 scholarships to support mentees to study and support difficult circumstances. On behalf of the Executive Board of UEH Mentoring, Mr. Ly Duc Toan - Co-chairman of UEH Mentoring Club thanked UEH Alumni for always supporting and accompanying the club's activities.

In the near future, UEH Mentoring Club’s activities will focus on the following main areas:

Orientation activities and Mentee recruitment season 8;
Training activities: organizing at least 10 training sessions on both hard and soft skills;
UEH Mentoring scholarship activities;
Restoring the field trip in Japan for 5 days 4 nights for 5-7 Mentees of the program;
Researching and implementing a Mentee Buddies activity to call for former Mentees to join the program to support new Mentees.

The ceremony took place with meaningful activities, from the first moment of meeting to expressing gratitude and sharing plans to get ready for a new Mentoring season. Everyone has come together to create a meaningful, complete, and emotional summary. Another season of Mentoring has ended but surely the good memories and the maturity of the Mentees will remain forever in everyone's memory.

Wishing the success of UEH Mentoring Club season 7 and hope that the club will continue to take steps to develop in the upcoming time to fulfill the mission of connecting, spreading, and giving values to the community, as the orientation that UEH has been deploying.
