The International School of Business hosts a seminar on Rebranding and Secrets of Western Sydney University's renaming strategy

On the morning of October 25, 2019, at Campus 59C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) had a meeting to discuss the tax system and policies with representatives of the Crawford School of Public Policy at Australian National University (ANU).

Attending PUS2019, from UEH, there were Prof.Dr. Nguyen Trong Hoai - Vice Rector and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Thanh Trang - Head of Department of International Business - Marketing.

The seminar was honored to welcome Prof. Yi-Chen Lan - Vice President of the University of Western Sydney; Mr. Angelo Kourtis - Vice President of the University of Western Sydney; Prof. Nguyen Trong Hoai - Vice President of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Ha Minh Quan - Director of the International School of Business and the teachers are lecturers, school staff, and students.

Mr. Angelo Kourtis - Vice President of Western Sydney University, shared the successful experiences from the University's brand repositioning strategy in recent years. It can be seen that determining the time of relocation and finding the right way to implement that strategy is a process with many challenges. The seminar not only provides the knowledge base for rebuilding but also helps participants learn from the example of the top University in the world - Top 400 in the world (Times Higher Education).

Through discussion sessions, participants engaged in the brand repositioning strategy to summarize lessons and experiences better to supplement the knowledge and apply them to their future jobs.
