Being part of the program "Community Connection - Spreading Knowledge", on the morning of May 20, 2021, the signing ceremony of the comprehensive cooperation between UEH and C.T Group took place at Léman Building.

The signing ceremony is a continuation of the two sides over the past time. C.T Group and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City proposed long-term cooperation programs on human resources, research on management and marketing projects, research on new technology applications in many new fields. At the same time, the two sides agreed to cooperate in training real estate brokerage certificates, practical training programs, business semesters, sponsorship activities for students, schools, and other CSR activities.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of C.T Group, there were Mr. Tran Kim Chung - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Vu Hong Quang - Vice President of the Board of Directors, representatives of the Group's Departments/Boards. On the UEH side, there were Prof.Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - Chairman of the University Council, Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - UEH President and the teachers who are leaders of units. In addition, the ceremony was also honored to welcome the attendance of Mr. Le Hoang Chau - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association.

Overview of the Cooperation Signing Ceremony

Mr. Tran Kim Chung - Chairman of the Board of Directors shared the excitement of comprehensive cooperation with University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He said, “The group is currently developing technology-related companies such as Fintech specializing in B2B Lending, Proptech specializing in Tokenization of real estate projects in the market. At the same time, the Group also has a Flytech company which is coordinating with a number of domestic and foreign partners to research unmanned aerial vehicles... to develop the market. Therefore, we attach great importance to research cooperation with universities, including UEH.”

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - Chairman of the University Council, shared: “CT group and UEH have had a close relationship for a long time. Besides, two sides have one thing in common, which is that they are strongly restructuring, aspiring to grow and having the same direction to develop technology industries. UEH is proud and wishes to accompany CT group and many other businesses to build specific programs and contribute to the development of the country, the growth of Vietnamese enterprises  goingglobal".

UEH leaders also said that in the near future, the University aims to become a multidisciplinary university,... and expressed his desire to receive more support from CT Group in participating in training, research, cooperate on recruitment and support start-ups of university students.

Speaking at the program, Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - UEH President emphasized: "During the development of the University, UEH has always focused on strengthening comprehensive and long-term cooperative relationships with enterprises. From 2020, the University has implemented the program "Community Connection - Spreading Knowledge", in accompany enterprises in the process of training high-quality human resources; at the same time bringing value to society, especially spreading knowledge value”.

Accordingly, 05 main areas of cooperation between UEH and CT. group includes connecting training with practice, developing the startup and innovation ecosystem, smart management (business visit; enterprise semester; accepting students for internships, doing graduation thesis…); connecting and developing research and practical application capacity; connecting to jointly improve human resources, internationalizing the team, attracting talents; connecting brand communication and sharing messages, images and connecting to share social responsibility.

Mr. Le Hoang Chau - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association - The program’s guestalso pointed out the shortage of well-trained and certified real estate brokers (accounting for a proportion of 10%). It leads to a sad reality such as the "Alibaba great scam", causing significant damage to people. Mr. Chau hopes that the cooperation between C.T Group and UEH will improve teaching and granting certificates in real estate brokerage in the near future.

The signing ceremony once again confirmed and marked the development of the cooperation relationship between theUniversity of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and C.T Group, which is raised to new heights, bringing practical efficiency and benefits to UEH and C.T Group in particular as well as contributing to benefit the community and society in general.
