The Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Management module is designed to provide postgraduate students (NCS) with an overview and in-depth knowledge of Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Management. Through the learning process, PhD students will be equipped with general knowledge, in-depth research directions, and basic theories in Consumer Behavior and Marketing Management. The NCS will be equipped with methods to actively explore new research directions that are currently of interest. The expected result after the end of this module is that NCS will identify the theory and in-depth research direction that they may want to pursue in this field, thereby building a research outline that makes a significant contribution in theory and practice. |

11. Risk and financial management |

This module consists of 2 modules. The first module provides students with in-depth theories of finance for managers. Participants will be able to access, exchange and discuss basic theories and recent research on corporate valuation, capital structure and corporate governance. The second module is related to enterprise risk management. Risk management content will help students understand the importance of risk interactions, master risk measurement and participate in risk management as a risk management professional. Students have a practical knowledge of the ISO 31000 risk management standard and are proficient in using risk management tools such as Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, FMEA and Risk Matrix. |
