Conference "Vietnam Commercial Law In Time Of Intergration"

CONFERENCE "VIETNAM COMMERCIAL LAW IN TIME OF INTEGRATION" The conference is expected to be held on November 18, 2021 (in person or online depending on the actual situation at the scheduled time). Location: University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, No. 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

The Conference focused on discussing commercial law in the integration period in Vietnam, including but not limited to the following contents:

- Evaluate the provisions of the law on traders and commercial activities.

- Evaluate regulations on commercial activities: purchase and sale of goods, provision of services, commercial intermediaries, trade promotion, etc.

- Review of regulations on trade sanctions and commercial dispute resolution.

- Evaluation of regulations on state management of commerce.

- Discuss the current needs of amending commercial law.

- Proposing to improve Vietnamese commercial law in the context of integration.

Articles submitted to the conference will be independently reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee and selected for editing to be published as ISBN-indexed Proceedings published by Economic Publishing House. The conference proceedings can be used as a reference in teaching and scientific research on issues related to Vietnamese commercial law.
