With the goal of promoting international cooperation in the field of road safety and the application of smart technology to address urban issues, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) collaborates with Hasselt University (Belgium) and the National Traffic Safety Committee to organize a Symposium "United for Safer Roads: A Vietnam - Belgium Collaboration for Advancing Road Safety Through Virtual Learning and Research".
The event is part of the official visit to Vietnam by the King and Queen of Belgium, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Belgium. The seminar includes the participation of the Minister of Communications & Brussels, representatives from Hasselt University, as well as experts, researchers, and businesses both domestic and international, aiming to discuss advanced solutions for improving road safety in Vietnam through research cooperation, training, and technology application.
