1. Philosophy	4
The philosophy section has 8 chapters: The introductory chapter introduces an overview of philosophy and the history of philosophy. The next three chapters cover the basic content that can be self-reported, demonstrative and epistemological in the history of philosophy, from which to fix the materialistic worldview and materialistic argumentative method, build dialectical thinking style for learners. The following four programs cover the content of philosophical treatises on society (economic, political, social and spiritual) and on human beings, thereby trying to conceive of dialectical materialism about history and human life. humanitarian and revolutionary, helping learners to recognize and properly appreciate the achievements and difficulties of the Vietnamese revolution, especially in the Doi Moi period, and to apply philosophical contents to professional activities and daily life. Because the page is for learning the people of the common knowledge, the fundamental principles guiding the operation and implementation, the Philosophy module should be taught before the majors in the training program
2. Foreign language	4
This course aims to developing knowledge and skills in English, especially English for Business. During the course, students participate in group discussions, case studies, role-plays, writing and listening exercises to practice skills of problem identification, analysis and solution, together with communication skills in English. This is helpful for students in working environment.

3. Law and development	4
This is a compulsory subject. This study discusses the role of law in promoting a developed country, by comparing the diversity of legal system, legal attitudes, attitudes of law, the process of law making in different countries. From that perspective, the subject finds out the principles of building, using the law wisely in the most effective way.
4. Company law and corporate governance	4
In the world, corporate law and especially corporate governance, despite being mentioned for a long time, has only really developed in recent times. In Vietnam, with the growth in the size of enterprises in recent years, there has been a requirement to improve the legal rules for corporate governance. This course is built on the theoretical foundation of corporate law and corporate governance from which to assess Vietnamese law on companies and corporate governance. It helps students gain confidence to analyze and propose appropriate solutions to improve the law on Company and Corporate Governance in Vietnam in the global context. The subject of Company Law and Corporate Governance is structured based on actual law on enterprises in Vietnam, and is structured into four main content sections: Part 1, General theoretical framework of the company and corporate governance Part 2, Researching the provisions on the legal nature of the company, shareholders (members) of the company and financial issues in the company are prescribed in Vietnamese enterprise law. Part 3, Study the regulations on corporate governance, especially the regulations on corporate governance of joint-stock companies with issues related to the organization of the management apparatus, protection of minority shareholders, Part 4, Research the legal provisions on the establishment, reorganization, dissolution and bankruptcy of the company.
5. Contract Law	4
This is an advanced contract law course, based on the learners' understanding of civil and commercial contract law as well as their experience in operating their work. The subject includes many different topics, designing into 02 main parts. The first part helps students to recognize the position and meaning of private law (basic relationship between rights and obligations), common law contract, principles of implementation Vietnamese law (documents and official performance). The second part helps students familiarize with the skills of editing commercial business contracts, consulting legal cases and translating commercial and business provisions into legal terms.
6. International business law (Advanced)	4
With this course, students will learn knowledge about: ● General issues of international business law ● Legal issues on foreign investment ● Risk analysis in international business ● Corporate social responsibility in the context of international integration ● Credit rating agencies ● Bankruptcy has an international element ● International anti-corruption policy ● Anti-monopoly policy and trade protectionism since the international financial crisis
7. Competition law in a global context	3
This study studies the economic and legal principles of the Vietnamese competition law in comparison with the competition law of some developed countries. 8. Intellectual Property Law (Advanced)	4

This subject provides students with advanced knowledge to apply, analyze and evaluate labor law in the business environment and in relation to corporate social responsibility. The main content of the course focuses on two parts: Part One: Corporate Social Responsibility. The course deals with the multi-dimensional relationship between the profit-seeking strategy and/or equity value and the business environment, the social and ecological environment of the business, especially in the global context. globalization, integration and climate change today. Businesses must demonstrate economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic responsibilities in relation to stakeholders and to nature. Corporate social responsibility will be expressed specifically in different markets, in the environment, working and living conditions of employees, in local, national and international communities, as well as in a sustainable ecological environment. 10. Legal Research Method	3
This is a compulsory subject, organized in the first semester of the first semester. It lasts eight weeks with weekly lectures. This study combines lectures on class, discussion, searching for materials on the network, drafting common legal documents, forging the writing skills of law - making, preparing the skills for writing, preparing the skills for writing in specialized law subjects as well as improving the reporting skills. 11. Law on investment and real estate business	3
The subject of Law on Investment and Real Estate Business studies the basic issues: Firstly, the legal provisions on the rights and obligations of investors, investment forms, investment security, investment dispute settlement, investment incentives and support Second, study the regulations on investment projects in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), on business cooperation contracts; investment procedures of an investment project; regulations on investment project implementation, as well as regulations related to overseas investment activities of investors in Vietnam. 12. Comparative business law	3
This study first provides the study of law learning methodology and the overview of the laws of law in the world. Then, the subject focuses on analysis on the legal perspective of two countries: The United States and China. U. s. and Chinese laws are important in the view of entrepreneurs because these are the two largest economies in the world, two major partners, two major markets of Vietnamese entrepreneurs. Moreover, the U.S. and Chinese laws are very important in the view of comparative law, because US law is representative of the common law system, while the history of Chinese law is the combination of imperial law and socialist law. Through the analysis of the u. s. legal systems and Chinese legal system, the subject makes the learners look specifically about the four legal traditions: common law, civil law, socialist law and imperial law.
13. Law on Digital business	3
Law on digital business is a big requirement in training masters of economic law, especially in the current context of integration and information technology era. Currently, the legal system on digital business in the world has gradually improved, reaching common standards, but the domestic legal system in this field is still very lacking and weak. In addition, learners are provided with basic knowledge related to breakthrough technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, quantum computing… to identify legal issues that may arise. Besides, theories on the relationship between law and technology will also be mentioned, helping learners to find solutions to solve legal problems from technology by technology.
14. Law on Financial Activities	3
Financial activities including banking, insurance and securities services have become an important part of the market economy. Financial services business is a specific business field and is regulated by the state by its own regulations in addition to those of the normal business law. This subject provides students with a basic understanding of financial services industries such as banking, insurance and securities, thereby understanding the need and content of state regulation for business activities. these financial services.
15. Business Dispute Resolution	3
Learning the dispute settlement in business includes the following principal contents: the practice of the trade in the business disputes and methods of dispute settlement in the global trade environment; Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction Clause, Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration, Court Decision.
16. Law on Land and Environment	3
This is an elective subject. consists of two parts, land law and environmental law. The first part is land law, after completing all these sections, participants have a better understanding of the legal regime for land and land use rights. The course content includes self-study and law enforcement on land ownership and State management over land, land use regimes, rights and obligations of land users, and dispute resolution. Accepting the second belt of the subject is about the legal environment. After completing the study, students have a correct awareness of the state environment in the world and in Vietnam, thereby having a correct awareness of the protected environment from the game of the State, people and businesses. Participants discussed the compatibility of Vietnamese and international laws on environmental protection and people's right to live in a clean environment.
