CTD Workshop in April 2022 “Technology and Design: Transforming for Sustainability”

In this era, technology is integrated into each essential activity of our lives, education, organizations and corporates. While the industry is developing, design is changing towards the tendency of the age, and they bring us lots of breakthrough values. Technology and design support creating solutions for challenges happening daily all around the globe.

Therefore, the CTD Workshop with “Technology and Design: Transforming for Sustainability” Theme is organized with the aims of together sharing and exchanging information about technology and design, updating new trends, and orientating through the lens of corporates.

Keynote speakers:

• Dr. Le Khanh Duy, a lecturer and senior research specialist at Institute of Innovation affiliated with UEH College of Technology and Design. He has many years of experience and specializations in the field of Human - Computer interaction and user experiences, the author of 6 international invention certificates. His research interests are Applying VR and AR to improve the effectiveness of work, the safety of users, and researching potential and human-AI interactive display design in industry and factories.
• Architect, Dr. To Kien, who is a lecturer at Institute of Smart City and Management affiliated with UEH College of Technology and Design. He is an expert having 25 years of experience in researching and teaching and focuses mostly on the fields of preserving heritage, planning design based on the participation of the community, public spaces and placemaking, smart city and ecosystem, creative design based on Design Thinking. He conducted many real projects domestically and internationally and his dedication was awarded and recognized by a variety of domestic and global companies.
