Hence, the Department of Student Affairs held an EZ Career Talk with the topic "From Fixed to Growth: Transforming Your Mindset" on July 06, 2023, with the participation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, HR Business Partnering - United Overseas Bank Vietnam.

Thu Hien has a highly passionate HR expert with 18 continuous years’ of experience from the diverse industries of international banking, pharmaceuticals, high tech and telecommunication. for setting up companies, building corporates with complex projects to drive an excellent culture, employer branding, hiring & developing talents, employee performances, and business partnering.

She finds herself grateful every day at work as HR is well aligned with her personal life values. Working with a lot of young talents in Asia and Vietnam, she has rich experience in partnering with various universities collaborating for education quality assessment, and accompany students through various soft skills trainings & sharing, career orientation, and other academic activities.
