Seminar: The finality of arbitral award and decisions issued by the arbitral tribunal

Based on numerous outstanding advantages, commercial arbitration is an increasingly popular method of dispute resolution among business entities. In that context, studying the finality of the arbitral awards and decisions issued by the arbitral tribunal plays a significant role in choosing dispute resolution methods in the future.

The School of Law, College of Economics, Law and Government, UEH University cooperated with Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) to hold the SEMINAR “THE FINALITY OF ARBITRAL AWARD AND DECISIONS ISSUED BY THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL” with the aim of discussing issues arising when applying the finality of arbitral award and decisions issued by the arbitral tribunal in practice.

Thanks to this seminar, SOL and our partners hope that we make some suggestions to facilitate the procedure of applying the principle of the finality of the arbitral award, aiming at completing the law on arbitration.
