Closing and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Training Course "Chief Executive Officer - CEO VRG2024" for Vietnam Rubber Group

The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) solemnly organized the Closing and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Training Course "Chief Executive Officer - CEO VRG2024" for Vietnam Rubber Group at room A103 - Campus 59C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

Attending the Closing Ceremony, on behalf of Vietnam Rubber Group, there were Mr. Le Thanh Hung - General Director, Mr. Nguyen Cuu Tue - Head of the Personnel Organization Department, Mr. Vu Tien Hoang Dao - Deputy Head of the Personnel Organization Department.

On behalf of UEH, there was Prof.Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - University Director, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Quang Huy - Deputy Head of the Department of Undergraduate Training, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Undergraduate Training, Mr. Truong Minh Kiet - Head of Department of Marketing and Communication, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Le - Director of the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development and lecturers teaching and managing the course, and especially the presence of 41 learners who are Presidents and Vice Presidents, General Director, Deputy General Director of member units and planning for the above positions involved in the training course.

Overview of the Closing Ceremony

Summarizing the course, Prof.Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - Director of UEH - asserted: "After nearly 50 years of formation and development, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has become the leading prestigious key university in Vietnam and the region, providing society with high-quality human resources capable of integrating into an international working environment. Implementing the Multidisciplinary and Sustainable University strategy, taking sustainable development of society as the goal, UEH has recently built and deployed training in new fields such as Master in Smart City Management, Master of Economics in Environmental Management, Master in Technology and Innovation, etc. Concurrently, it has developed short-term training programs to update knowledge for leaders and managers at all levels of businesses such as Vietnam Electricity Group, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, Liksin Printing and Packaging Corporation, 16 Limited Liability Company (16th Army), etc. and achieved many outstanding results.

Continuing the journey of spreading knowledge, as well as the honor of receiving the trust of Vietnam Rubber Group, in March 2024, UEH coordinated with VRG to open a training course for SENIOR MANAGERS - VRG 2024 – of VIETNAM RUBBER GROUP. After the success of this course, UEH continued to coordinate with VRG to open a training course for CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS (CEO VRG2024) - VIETNAM RUBBER INDUSTRY GROUP.

In particular, UEH has developed a new program that applied the latest legal regulations, invited lecturers with knowledge and practical experience to participate in teaching, prepared facilities to serve the classroom, and applied technology in classroom organization and management.”

To organize the course as required, UEH has developed its own training program; concurrently, listening to learners’ opinions to improve the training quality of the course. On behalf of all students, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - General Director of Chu Se Rubber Joint Stock Company - Kampong Thom - Class Representative - shared: "First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the teachers and staff of the Training Department for their involvement. Thanks to the CEO-VRG2024 for leaders of member units of the Vietnam Rubber Group, we gained more experience, knowledge, and useful skills through lectures and topics about economics and finance. The teachers enthusiastically gave us detailed lectures, and answered and advised on difficult questions that arise in real work."
