On the morning of February 25, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and Sun Life Vietnam Insurance Company Limited officially signed a cooperation agreement.
Attending the signing ceremony from the UEH side, there were: Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President of UEH; Dr. Duong Kim The Nguyen - Dean of the School of Law at UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (CELG); Dr. Ha Van Son - Vice Dean in charge of School of Mathematics - Statistics of UEH College of Technology and Design (CTD); Assoc.Prof.Dr. Trinh Thuy Anh - Dean of School of Media Design (CTD); Dr. Nguyen Tan Trung - Head of General Department of UEH College of Business (COB); MSc. Dang Thi Bach Van - Head of General Department of CELG; together with leaders of faculties, departments, and functions under the University.
On the side of Sun Life Vietnam Insurance Company were: Ms. Tran Thu Hang - Deputy General Director of Human Resources Management; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong - Deputy Director of Human Resources Business Partners; with leaders of departments and divisions of the Company.

Speaking at the event's opening, Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Vice President of UEH shared: “On the journey of construction and development, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City always focuses on strengthening the comprehensive and long-term cooperation relationship with businesses through the program "Community Connection - Spreading Knowledge - Sustainable Action", to be able to accompany businesses in the process of training high-quality human resources; at the same time bringing values to society and community, especially spreading knowledge values. The program focuses on 4 categories: Connecting training with practice; Connecting to carry out studies and projects; Connecting to attract human resources; Giving to UEH Program. With the mission of UEH and Sun Life Vietnam's achievements and development potential, we are very pleased to sign a cooperation agreement with your company. We believe this cooperation will benefit businesses, schools, students, and the community.”

In the spirit of unity, UEH and Sun Life Vietnam officially signed a cooperation agreement to implement the following items: (1) Connecting training associated with practice (implementing Internship Programs/ Business semesters; Experts sharing reality and skill training; Sharing knowledge to Enterprises); (2) Connecting to attract human resources (implementing Internship and Career Days, Recruitment Workshop, Spreading the Enterprise's recruitment brand).

Since 2020, UEH has implemented the "Community Connection - Spreading Knowledge - Sustainable Action" program to connect the University and businesses, associations, individuals, and organizations to spread and impart knowledge to the community, bringing sustainable values to the development of society.
