Mr. Lâm Nguyễn Hải Long shared at the seminar
The seminar consisted of three in-depth presentations that provided practical perspectives on the application of AI in finance and insurance:
Speaker Dr. Hồ Điệp introduced Neural Network technology and Transformer, two modern technological trends in the field of artificial intelligence. In addition, he also shared how this technology is utilized through the SmartvOCR application, which can provide solutions to improve the document processing workflow in financial and insurance organizations, helping to enhance work efficiency and minimize errors. This AI application will assist in automating the recognition and processing of documents, optimizing the assessment of profiles and resolving customer requests in the finance and insurance sectors.
