Experiencing innovative technology at TechDesign Exhibition

Within the framework of the first International Conference "Resilience by Technology and Design - RTD" with the theme "Smart Living" (RTD), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) organized the TechDesign Exhibition to showcase present products/models applying technological elements in life from December 7th to 9th, 2022 at the lobby of B1, campus B - UEH.

TechDesign Exhibition is a space to introduce technology solutions, design and innovation in creating new impetus for economic recovery and growth. The exhibition also has areas where art and technology intersect to make changes and inspire art towards sustainable development.

The exhibition's message is to form a space to connect domestic and foreign communities to solve social problems through technology platforms.

TechDesign exhibition was held from 9:00 to 16:30, December 07 - 09, 2022, at Lobby B1 - UEH, 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong, Ward 5, District 10.

Hoa Binh Innovation Center: Application of VR, AR and Quantity solutions of BIM (Building Information Modeling) department in construction works at Hoa Binh Construction Group. HBC is a Construction Group, one of Vietnam's top 5 largest general contractors. GrandAR piano:

GrandAR Piano is an augmented reality technology design that incorporates interactive surfaces that allow experienced players to play a virtual piano with their feet on the floor. The project is implemented by the cooperation between the UEH Innovation Institute and the University of Natural Sciences - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. The main activity is an extremely interesting and unique suggestion when each step can create extremely vivid melodies on the seemingly boring floor surface. Thereby, GrandAR Piano wishes to stimulate creativity, stimulate inspiration to discover and learn from the experience.

3I Institute - Robot exhibition:

Service robots - solutions from new and advanced technologies for today's global service industry trends. Using robotic technology to improve productivity and business efficiency is not new. Today, service robots are rapidly becoming an essential part of the business of service-focused companies in healthcare, customer service, logistics and retail that are looking for innovative ways to delight customers while boosting their bottom line.

Mia – a robot with the role of a receptionist, can provide necessary information to customers through the display screen, can move at the manager's request and interact with users by voice. About robot Bella - a robot that serves food and drinks, can move in a given trajectory and interact with customers like a normal waiter.
