Invitation announcement regarding Architectural design Competition towards Training and Research Institution, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City at Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province

University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has been aiming at establishing and putting into operation a training and research facility, oriented as UEH Branch at Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province with the implementation goal towards high-quality training and research mission, contributing to human resource supply for sustainable development of South Central Region - Central Highlands. Consequently, with the purpose of discovering new, modern and appropriate architectural ideas and options matching the meaning and role of this project, UEH cooperates with Association of Architects at Khanh Hoa Province in officially launching this Architectural design Competition towards Training and Research Institution, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City at Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province with prizes up to 150 million VND.

Favorably supported and facilitated by Khanh Hoa Province, UEH Nha Trang will be located on a 2.1-hectare Campus in Bắc Hòn Ông Training and Vocational School, located next to Le High School for the Gifted, Khanh Hoa Provincial School of Politics and so on.

In order to complete this mission as well as meeting the expectations from the leaders and people of Khanh Hoa Province, UEH Nha Trang, from the very beginning, sets the compulsory requirements towards the optimal architectural design plan as the current modern, dynamic, creative, green and sustainable organization space. This place not only is to train high-quality human resources for Central and Central Highlands regions but also attracts the attention from scientists, domestic and international experts when coming to work or sightseeing at Nha Trang City.

Consequently, UEH has cooperated with Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of Architects to officially announce our invitation towards Competition for Architectural design for University of Economics Ho Chi Minh (UEH) Campus in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The contest will be held in a wide selection contest format in order to gather new and modern ideas regarding architectural plans suitable to the meaning and role of this project as well as UEH expectation. On behalf of UEH, Examination Board, consisting of leading scientists, educators and experienced architects in Khanh Hoa Province, will select the most outstanding architectural plan as the initiating foundation for one knowledge and skill training space formation representing a high-quality formula UEH in Nha Trang City.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

All domestic and foreign design consulting organizations with experience and professional qualifications, in accordance with current regulations, are allowed to participate in the competition.

Allied organizations can register for this competition, each organization can only participate in one alliance. All issues related to rights, interests and obligations between the parties within alliances shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

PRIZE STRUCTURE

Prize A: 150 million VND.
Prize B: 70 million VND.

Prize C: 50 million VND.
Design consultancy organizations that do not win prizes will be supported with 10 million VND for each participating organization with valid documents.

SCHEDULED CONTEST TIME

Information announcement and invitation for entrance exam: From November 8^th, 2021.
Receipt of registration units: From November 8^th, 2021 to November 18^th, 2021.
Contestants take the test: From November 18^th, 2021 to January 3^rd, 2022.
Receipt of application documents: From November 18^th, 2021 to January 4^th, 2022.
Examination Board for evaluation, Participating units defending their designs: From January 7^th, 2022 to January 9^th, 2022.
Examination Board sending the results to Investor for consideration and recognition of Final results: From January 10^th, 2022 to January 12^th, 2022.
Announcement and awarding of contest prizes: From January 14^th , 2022 to January 16^th, 2022.
