Khanh Hoa University delegation visiting and working at UEH

On the morning of October 6, 2023, in room A.204, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) held a meeting to welcome the Khanh Hoa University delegation to visit and to learn from UEH University governance model.

Welcoming the Khanh Hoa University delegation, on behalf of UEH, there was Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - Chairman of the University Council; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao - Vice Head of UEH; Mr. Vo Duc Hoang Vu - Deputy Head of Department of Scientific Management - International Cooperation; Mr. Truong Minh Kiet - Head of Department of Marketing and Communication; Mr. Nguyen Van Duong - Head of Department of Student Affairs; Ms. Hoang Tuyet Anh - Library Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao - Head of General Department - UEH College of Technology and Design.

On behalf of Khanh Hoa University, there was the participation of Dr. Le Thi My Binh - Chairwoman of the School Council; Associate Professor, Dr. Chu Dinh Loc - Vice Principal; Dr. Phan Duc Ngai - Dean of the Department of Science, Technology and Foreign Cooperation; Mr. Nguyen Dang Duc - Head of Student Affairs Department; Ms. Huynh Ngoc Phuong - Director of the Center for Training - Continuing Education and Creative Experience; Mr. Truong Van Phuong - Secretary of the School Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Student Affairs Department and teachers and staff of the Department of Administration - Equipment Management, Faculty of Tourism, and related units.

On behalf of the UEH Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - Chairman of the University Council - expressed his joy at the presence of Khanh Hoa University delegation: "Today we are very happy to welcome Khanh Hoa University to visit and work with us. With nearly 50 years of development, and having just officially become a Multi-disciplinary, University, aiming for sustainable development in Vietnam, we are always ready to share experiences with universities. Together, we create practical values for learners and the community.”

In the spirit of openness and enthusiasm, UEH shared and exchanged experiences to support Khanh Hoa University in achieving effectiveness in implementing university administration listed as Joint training activities; Activities to support student entrepreneurship and innovation; Brand development communication activities; Scientific and technological activities; Information - library activities; Startup model, consulting model to support student care of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Learning and exchanging experiences in other professional work, etc.

The working session took place successfully, creating a premise for more extensive cooperation on training and research in the future. Hopefully, the relationship between UEH and Khanh Hoa University will become increasingly better and stronger, together contributing to the sustainable development of society.
