New UEH Publications Alert (Week 2 – April 2026): Interdisciplinary Imprints from Smart Agriculture and Industry 6.0 to Natural Sciences

13 Apr, 2026

In Week 2 of April 2026, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) continued to record a series of new international publications, demonstrating the diverse research capacity and increasingly sharp interdisciplinary orientation. These works reflect a strong intersection between economics, management, technology, engineering, and natural sciences, contributing to addressing contemporary challenges from a comprehensive perspective.

Guiding Knowledge in the Era of Industry 6.0

From an academic perspective, experts have effectively applied and developed many modern theoretical frameworks, notably leadership in the era of Industry 6.0 and environmental innovation models linked to institutions and finance.

In particular, UEH’s research ecosystem has expanded to tackle highly topical technology-related issues:

- Smart Agriculture & Engineering: Pioneering the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in precision agriculture, with notable research on pollination robots and solutions to optimize clean energy production (hydrogen).

- Technology & Digital Transformation: Promoting educational innovation through learning management systems (LMS), while also analyzing the role of media and digital platforms in tourism behavior.

- Finance - Banking: Assessing the operational efficiency of banking systems in the context of rapidly transforming economies.

Breakthroughs with Advanced Research Methods

UEH’s internationally standardized empirical capacity continues to be affirmed through the application of complex and advanced methodologies:

- Data Science & Artificial Intelligence: Applying deep learning models, notably the YOLOv8 algorithm, in technical image recognition and processing.

- Mathematical Models & Econometrics: Combining advanced technical analysis methods with multinational panel data and mixed-method research designs (qualitative - quantitative).

This combination not only ensures academic depth and rigor but also opens up significant practical application potential for businesses and policymakers.

Affirming Its Position on the Global Scientific Map

Overall, the publications this week continue to solidify UEH’s position as a leading interdisciplinary research hub. By continuously updating new technology trends, the University consistently creates excellent academic knowledge and makes practical contributions to technological innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development on a global scale.
