Opening of the Training Course on Administrative Accounting Regime and the Training Course on Bidding Practice in accordance with the Bidding Law 2023 for Administrative and Career Units

On August 22 and 27, 2024, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) opened the Bidding Training Courses according to the Bidding 2023 Law No. 22/2023/QH15 for administrative and career units and Accounting Regime Training Course according to Circular 24/2024/TT-BTC.
As a key University in Vietnam, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has made continuous contributions to the development of high-quality human resources in the public sector in Vietnam. In recent years, UEH has developed and implemented training in the public sector with key areas listed as PhD in Public Management, Executive Master of Public Policy, Executive Master of Public Management, Master of Smart and Innovative Urban Management, Master of Environmental Management Economics, Master of Technology and Innovation; concurrently, it has developed short-term training courses to update knowledge for leaders and senior managers of business units, especially those with state and defense capital listed as Vietnam Electricity Group, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Military Hospital 175, Liksin Printing and Packaging Corporation, Company Limited 16 (Military 16).
Continuing to promote its role and strengths, implementing UEH’s responsibility to society and disseminating the latest legal regulations to civil servants and public employees, UEH organized a Training Course on Administrative Accounting Regime according to Circular 24/2024/TT-BTC and a Training Course on Bidding Practice according to the Bidding Law 2023 No. 22/2023/QH15 for administrative and public service units.
Attending the Opening Ceremony of the Bidding Training Course under the Bidding Law 2023 No. 22/2023/QH15 for administrative and public service units on the morning of August 22, 2024, on behalf of UEH, there were Mr. Tran Hoang Tam - Permanent Deputy Head of the Finance - Planning and Investment Department; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Undergraduate Training and more than 30 students of the course. The course focused on the differences and new points of the Bidding Law 2023, effective from January 1, 2024, with accompanying guidance documents, taking place over two days with 04 topics:
Topic 1: Contractor selection, overall and contractor selection plan.
Topic 2: Process and procedures for selecting contractors online and centralized procurement.
Topic 3: Online bidding and contracts
Topic 4: Handling situations, recommendations, inspection and supervision in bidding.
Opening ceremony of the Bidding training course according to the Bidding Law 2023 No. 22/2023/QH15 for administrative and public service units
On the morning of August 27, 2024, UEH continued to organize the Opening Ceremony of the training course on the Administrative Accounting Regime for Careers according to Circular 24/2024/TT-BTC. Attending the Opening Ceremony, on behalf of UEH, there was the presence of Mr. Tran Hoang Tam - Permanent Deputy Head of the Department of Finance and Investment Planning; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Undergraduate Training and 36 students of the course. This course was built with new content of the new Administrative Accounting Regime for Careers. The course took place over two days with 04 topics:
Topic 1: Overview of changes in the new accounting regime
Topic 2: Changes in the new accounting regime regarding documents, and reports
Topic 3: Accounting and reporting skills
Topic 4: Conversion and storage skills
Training course on Administrative Accounting Regime according to Circular 24/2024/TT-BTC
Nearly 50 years of establishment and development, UEH has constantly promoted its training strengths by coordinating to develop short-term training courses to update knowledge for leaders and senior managers of business units, especially state-owned business units, in order to meet the demand for high-quality human resources in the public sector with the capacity to implement a strong socio-economic development strategy in accordance with the policies of the Party and the Government. Recent efforts and achievements have affirmed UEH's training position as well as its responsibility of “Connecting the community - Sharing Knowledge - Sustainable Action”.
