From December 8-12, 2025, the annual Dream Concert Vietnam International Concert series, organized by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and the New York Classical Music Society (NYCMS), will take place with the theme "Dream Concert Vietnam 2025." In its return, the concert series will be held in two major cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, across four main venues: the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the HCMC Student Cultural House, the National Economics University, and the University of Transport and Communications in Hanoi. Globally, studies on early retirement behavior have highlighted the roles of health, working conditions, and individual psychology; however, the aspects of personal financial management and financial literacy have received limited attention, especially in emerging economies. Motivated by this context, a study by researchers from UEH Mekong – University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) – focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the early retirement intention of Vietnamese workers. It also clarifies the moderating role of financial literacy in the relationship between financial, social conditions, and retirement decisions, offering crucial insights for national policymaking and human resource management strategies.
