An overview of the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between UEH and the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee

The 2025–2030 cooperation agreement between UEH and the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee is built on a foundation of extensive and comprehensive cooperation in research, training, consulting, and knowledge transfer, specifically:

Collaborating on consulting and providing feedback for the province's development strategy by analyzing its potential and limitations to resolve bottlenecks and aim for double-digit growth.
Implementing multi-level training programs and short-term courses to develop high-quality human resources tailored to the province's practical needs.
Participating in consulting and providing critiques for projects and programs related to smart city development and international integration.

Notably, UEH will proactively propose and implement research programs aligned with the Politburo's pillar Resolutions, including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (dated 22/12/2024) on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW (dated 24/01/2025) on international integration in the new context; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovating law-making and enforcement; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, along with other key resolutions such as Resolution 71-NQ/TW (dated 22/8/2025) on breakthroughs in education and training, and Resolution 72-NQ/TW (dated 09/9/2025) on enhancing the protection, care, and improvement of public health.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thien Van – Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, expressed his expectations and confidence in UEH's capabilities in training, research, and policy consulting. He highlighted the local's development potential in fields such as tourism, artificial intelligence applications, the semiconductor industry, and other key projects in the coming years. UEH is a crucial partner in realizing these opportunities by training high-quality human resources, supporting the innovation of governance models, and enhancing Dak Lak's competitiveness.

This partnership also reinforces UEH's "City University" vision, closely linking educational knowledge with local practice and contributing to national development goals in the new phase.
