An overview of the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between UEH and the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee
The 2025–2030 cooperation agreement between UEH and the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee is built on a foundation of extensive and comprehensive cooperation in research, training, consulting, and knowledge transfer, specifically:
Notably, UEH will proactively propose and implement research programs aligned with the Politburo's pillar Resolutions, including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (dated 22/12/2024) on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW (dated 24/01/2025) on international integration in the new context; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovating law-making and enforcement; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development, along with other key resolutions such as Resolution 71-NQ/TW (dated 22/8/2025) on breakthroughs in education and training, and Resolution 72-NQ/TW (dated 09/9/2025) on enhancing the protection, care, and improvement of public health.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thien Van – Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, expressed his expectations and confidence in UEH's capabilities in training, research, and policy consulting. He highlighted the local's development potential in fields such as tourism, artificial intelligence applications, the semiconductor industry, and other key projects in the coming years. UEH is a crucial partner in realizing these opportunities by training high-quality human resources, supporting the innovation of governance models, and enhancing Dak Lak's competitiveness.
