Event Overview

The ceremony was attended by representatives from SEA Bridge, including Mr. Tanakrit Sermsuksan, CEO and founder, and Mr. Tharanut Koonyotying, Consular Officer from the Royal Thai Consulate General. Representing UEH were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Trang, Vice Rector of COB; Dr. Hoang Hai Yen, Dean of SOB; Dr. Phan Chung Thuy, Vice Dean of SOB; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Huan, Head of Financial Markets Division, SOB. The event also welcomed faculty members and students from SOB cohorts 48, 49, and 50.

Introduction to SEA Bridge by Mr. Tanakrit Sermsuksan, CEO and Founder of SEA Bridge

During the ceremony, Mr. Tanakrit Sermsuksan, CEO and Founder of SEA Bridge, provided an overview of the company, its areas of operation, and strategic development directions in the Southeast Asian market. Both parties officially signed the cooperation agreement, marking the beginning of a partnership focused on enhancing student training, internships, and knowledge sharing.

The COB and SEA Bridge have agreed to collaborate in several key areas, such as:

  • Partnership in training associated with practices; 
  • Partnership for soft skills training to bring more career opportunities for UEH graduates in the Southeast Asia labor market;
  • Accompanying - “Giving to UEH - For a More Sustainable Future’’ program;

Signing of the Cooperation Agreement CEO’s Talk

As part of the event, Mr. Tanakrit Sermsuksan delivered a talk on “Capturing ASEAN Opportunities with the Startup Mindset.” This session provided students with valuable insights into the international labor market and international business mindset, then introduced internship and apprenticeship opportunities in the business sector particularly in Southeast Asia and offered guidance on building and fostering a startup mindset.

The signing of the cooperation agreement with Really Corporation, Ltd. (SEA Bridge) reinforces UEH’s strategic direction in aligning education with labor market demands, both domestically and internationally. This initiative also represents a crucial step in SOB and UEH's efforts to strengthen business connections and promote international cooperation.
