On the afternoon of April 06, 2026, at Hall B1.302, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) successfully organized the Announcement and Draw Ceremony for the Truong Tuoi Group - UEH League 2026 Student Football Tournament, officially kicking off the 3rd season with high expectations for a more vibrant and professional competitive journey. The event attracted the participation of UEH leadership, representatives of the sponsor, guests from Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Football Club, along with nearly 300 students and 18 men's and women's football teams set to compete in this year's season.

The program opened with a lively musical performance by UEH students, helping to energize the hall atmosphere before proceeding to the main agenda items.

A highlight of this year's season is the expansion of scale to include both men's and women's football, contributing to creating a diverse playing field that promotes the spirit of fair-play and equality in sports.

18 teams officially embark on the UEH League 2026 journey

Through an introductory video, attendees gained an overview of the tournament along with the 18 participating teams (10 men's, 8 women's). The season is expected to take place from April to November 2026 with 77 matches, organized on Saturday and Sunday late afternoons weekly at the UEH Nguyen Van Linh football field.
